Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
